Sign up now so you can complete your open water dives this Spring or Summer.  Staff at Aqua Diving School can work with your schedule if needed. Private or semi-private sessions are available.  Family discounts available for four or more.  Individual cost for the Open Water class is $200 ($255 for semiprivate).  We use the pool at Five Points in Washington which has a very large deep area. We can have classes at private pools but need a minimum of 6 foot depth.  Can complete your Open Water dives even during the winter at Mermet Springs.  Drysuit certification recommended and can be completed at the same time. Confined water portion only, $190 (for students who have completed the PADI online class).

More Classes:
Weekend classes: Saturday and Sunday, two Saturdays, or other combination. Refresher classes in the pool is scheduled as needed. Refresher class is recommended and often required if you have not been diving for awhile. Starting at $85 depending on amount of equipment required. SDI online class refresher is free of charge.

Regular scheduled classes consist of 2 to 3 sessions. Classes are split between class and pool time. All students vary in their comfort level in the water and our staff is aware that more or less time may be needed for students to complete the course.  You can watch your own DVD which will shorten your class time.  They are excellent for review.  All scuba equipment is provided in the class. Books can be purchased at our store or they can be sent.  Mask, fins, snorkel, and boots can also be purchased at our store or they can be rented for a small fee for the class.  If not sure about a purchase try the equipment in the water first.  The rental fee can be applied to purchase if done before the certification dives.  $25 rental charge will give you up to $50 credit towards purchase of those items. 

Certification dives consist of four open water dives for which there is a one time fee. Expect additional trip costs.  Certification dives can be completed locally, on one of our popular Bull Shoals trips, and weekend trips to Mermet, Pearl Lake, or Haig Quarry.  During the winter months training dives can be completed in Mermet Springs(Minimum of 4 students needed) or on an ocean trip.   They can be completed on one of our fantastic Caribbean trips, or a referral package can be obtained if you have an ocean trip which is not accompanied by one of our instructors.   See ocean trips. Students must arrange to pick up their scuba equipment for their training dives. Cost for Open Water dives, equipment rental, and PADI Open Water card is $165, SDI Open Water $155.

Cost for the classroom and confined water training including all scuba equipment, $200.  Online books, DVDs, and quizzes are available for purchase through Aqua Diving School. You do not have to have your own mask and fins for the class.  It is better to find out what you need during the class.  There is a rental charge of $25 for the snorkeling equipment.  Up to $50 will be credited back when you purchase your own mask, fins, snorkel, and boots from Aqua Diving School. Certification dives which includes four open water dives, scuba equipment, and PADI Open Water card is only $165 or $155 for SDI Open Water card. Class Dates: All pool and class sessions will be held to less than 10 people at this time. Most of our pool sessions will be held at Five Points in Washington.

Most Classes will be a combination of Saturday and one weeknight or Sunday morning.  Summer schedule is more flexible!

Classes can be arranged to accommodate your schedule. See private/on-line classes.  Number of sessions is flexible.  John is available for day time classes! Classes arranged at private pools.  We need time to check on pool availability!  Indoor classes are available.

Classes available throughout the entire year.. Evening or weekends.
